• RFQ and order details, including the specifications you enter and the drawings or CAD files you upload.
• Payment information handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation and order metadata, not your full card number.
• Basic usage data (such as pages viewed) to operate and improve the site.

We use your information to prepare quotes, fulfill orders, communicate with you about your requests, operate and secure the platform, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Uploaded drawings and files are stored privately and are never listed publicly or made browsable. They are accessed only by authorized staff and the manufacturer fulfilling your order, and only to quote and produce your work.

• With service providers who help us operate — for example our payment processor, email provider, and cloud hosting/storage — who may only use it to provide those services.
• With the manufacturer or supplier fulfilling your order, as needed to produce and deliver it.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
